placed upon him by the non violent abuse photos of Iraqi prisoners. When
this happened, The Democrat Party Conspiracy Theory Agency had to develop an
after the fact conspiracy theory, claiming that it was not Muslim fanatics that
beheaded the American, but CIA agents working under the direct orders of

After the fact conspiracy theories are not often believed.
The DemConDev Agency will now begin to suggest conspiracy theories that can be
used before news comes out that can help George Bush. This requires
considering news that might come, like the potential discovery of Weapons of
Mass Destruction in Iraq (perhaps in Mosques) or the capture of Ussama bin
Laden. To prepare for these possibilities, Democrats must now start to
spread the following two conspiracy theories.
