A person who feels his race is inherently superior to another race is a racist.  Some people believe that you are NOT a racist unless you say something bad about another race.  Other people feel you are not a racist if you take care of a disadvantaged race by feeding, clothing and reimbursing them for basic needs.  If you do advocate taking care of a disadvantage race you could be a hero to the disadvantaged.  Many black slaves in the USA loved their "kind masters".  But, these "kind masters" were exploiting the slaves for their own profit -- which was more than the cost of paying for the basic needs of the slaves.  Those who exploit a race are racists.  Democrats say much about taking care of the needs of poor blacks and proposing taxpayer paid care to take care of those needs.  Exploiting blacks in this way keeps blacks poor and out of Mainstream America.  Non racists recognize that the disadvantaged race is just as good as their own, and help the disadvantage to thrive in the mainstream.  Democratic politicians would just as soon keep blacks out of the mainstream by subsidizing their basic needs and keeping them poor, because this allows them to profit from black votes.
